Hello!

My journey in life has always held two constant things: my love for the performing arts and my passion for theatre education.

This stems from having a brother on the Autism Spectrum and TYA being one of the first ways we were able to connect with each other. He was completely non-verbal for the first 6 years of his life but could act out every part of Chitty-Chitty Bang-Bang with me. When I first started acting in children’s theatre plays, he was “working” backstage with a parent and moving set pieces off and on. These core memories have been the foundational blocks for who I am today- a TYA instructor and director, as well as a teacher and mentor for underrepresented community members in their artistic endeavors.

Teaching is something I have always been passionate about, and continue to work towards. My goals are to bring theatre opportunities to neurodiverse children and adults within the community, as well as continue to teach, direct, and creatre better programs around children's theatre.
